Meet Jamie
As my relationship with God has deepened, I’ve become increasingly aware of how important it is to have a therapist who understands the central role faith plays in the healing process. Many people long for a space where they can explore their struggles through the lens of Scripture and truth — where their faith isn’t seen as a barrier to growth but as a foundation for lasting transformation. My heart is to help you find peace, clarity, and hope in a way that aligns with your values and honors your relationship with God.
Whether you’re a woman overwhelmed by life’s demands, a young adult searching for direction, or someone healing from the pain of the past, I offer a space where faith, grace, and honest conversation come together. I believe healing can include laughter, and I’m not afraid to bring a little humor into the process — sometimes a good laugh is holy medicine for the soul.
Family, faith, and laughter bring me the greatest joy. I love being outdoors — biking, paddle boarding, or reading a good book in the sunshine — and I never pass up a chance to travel or spend time with dogs. Counseling can be serious work, but it’s also about rediscovering joy, purpose, and the freedom that comes from walking closely with God.

What to Expect From Us:
Whether someone is asking for help during a tough moment or has realized it’s time to feel better, we understand that seeking and getting the right help can be hard. We aim to create a safe and open place where clients can move toward their goals without fear of judgment.

Why We Provide E-Therapy:
There are many individuals who for one reason or another, are unable to do traditional face-to-face therapy. We offer means of E-Therapy (also known as virtual or online counseling) in order to reach each client when and where they need.
A free consultation can help you test your connection via video and see for yourself if it’s for you.
